Financial Plan Options
401(k)
ADT/Tyco's 401(k) plan helps eligible team members build significant resources for long-term needs such as retirement. You can save up to 35% of your pay on a pretax and/or after-tax basis (highly compensated team members can save up to 15% of pay on a pretax and/or after-tax basis). In addition, when you save through the plan, ADT/Tyco will match your savings up to set plan limits. The plan is administered by Fidelity Investment Services and offers a variety of funds.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
The Employee Stock Purchase Plan is another significant opportunity for eligible team members to build financial resources. For every dollar you spend on Tyco common stock, Tyco contributes an additional 15 cents. As a shareholder, you become a part owner of the company and can share in the company's success that you help create.
