Why has the Blue by ADT homepage changed?
As we introduce a new suite of DIY security products, Blue by ADT systems will no longer be marketed and sold. Your Blue by ADT system and devices will continue to work as normal and you’ll still have the option to be professionally monitored.
The Blue by ADT website experience will be focused on supporting current Blue by ADT customers by asking them to log into their account to order new products, manage their system and access the Support Center.
Will my Blue by ADT system still be monitored?
Yes, your Blue by ADT system’s monitoring service will continue without change. If you’re self-monitored, you still have the option to upgrade to professional monitoring at any time.
How do I buy more Blue products?
Blue by ADT products can still be purchased through the app or web portal after logging into your Blue by ADT account.
Will Blue by ADT cameras still have storage options?
Yes, you can still manage your camera storage options by logging into your Blue by ADT account.
