Movers Package Guarantee:

To qualify for the special Mover’s Offer, you must be a current or former ADT customer who has had active ADT contract monitored service for two years (24 months), and your ADT account must be in good standing, or have been in good standing when you left ADT. Offer valid for two (2) years following cancellation of ADT service in your prior home. 36-month monitoring contract required at the then-prevailing monthly monitoring rate (24-month in CA). ADT may substitute a comparable home security system. Local permit fees may be required. Proof of home ownership required. Additional fees required for some services. All relocation credits are only valid toward installation charge of new equipment. Credits may not be applied for any other purpose. Amount of credit is based on length of tenure with ADT; 6-11 months with ADT yields a credit of $100; 12–23 months with ADT yields a credit of $249; 24 months or longer with ADT qualifies you for the special Mover’s Offer. Maximum allowable discount is $349 on any ADT Traditional monitoring service level and $399 on any ADT Interactive service level. 25% discount on valid on installation amounts up to $1,600 (maximum discount not to exceed $400). Financing:

As low as 0% APR for eligible customers with approved credit. 0% APR offers are limited to well-qualified buyers with excellent credit histories. Down payment may vary based on credit history and not all buyers will qualify. For buyers with lower credit ratings, ADT may assess a one-time up-front financing fee of up to $49. Example: A borrower who purchases $1,000 of equipment and services with no down payment and qualifies for 0% APR financing would make 24 monthly payments of $41.67; a borrower who incurs the $49 up-front financing fee would make 24 monthly payments of $43.70 at an APR of 2.45%. Financing available for a minimum of $200 (self setup) and $599 (pro install) up to a max limit of $1,400 (self setup) and $5,000 (self setup) depending on credit and installment method. Retail installment agreement required. First payment due upon equipment purchase and subsequent payments in equal monthly installments for the term selected (excluding any applicable fines and service charge increases). Full remaining balance for equipment and installation due immediately upon termination of the related ADT services for ADT-provided financing. Financing is not available in all geographic regions and Puerto Rico.

Theft Protection Guarantee:

Customer may receive reimbursement of up to five hundred dollars ($500) of Customer’s homeowner’s insurance deductible (if any) if, and only if, ALL requirements for Theft Protection Guarantee are met to ADT’s reasonable satisfaction. Requires purchase and continual monthly payment of professional monitoring from the time of original activation to be eligible. Customer must request reimbursement within 60 days of property loss. Request must be mailed to ADT and include: Theft Protection Guarantee certificate signed by Customer, a letter from Customer requesting reimbursement, a copy of the police report, and a copy of the accepted insurance claim. ADT reserves the right to reject any application for reimbursement that does not comply with all of the requirements.

ADT Money-Back Guarantee:

Money-back guarantee only applies after ADT has made attempts to resolve a system-related issue and has not been able to resolve that issue within the first six (6) months of your original activation. Requires purchase and continual monthly payment of both QSP (Quality Service Plan, ADT’s extended limited warranty) and professional monitoring from the time of original activation. ADT Money-Back Guarantee is not transferable. Equipment must be returned before a refund will be processed. Conditions preventing normal system operation cannot be caused by the customer.

ADT $100 Visa® Reward Card:

 Requires 36-month monitoring contract with professional installation starting at $29.99/mo. without QSP (24-month monitoring contract in California, total fees from $719.76), and enrollment in ADT Easy Pay OR month to month monitoring contract for ADT Self Setup systems starting at $29.99/mo. without QSP, and enrollment in ADT EasyPay (one month minimum). Requires minimum system purchase of $449 for professionally installed systems OR minimum purchase of $349 for ADT Self Setup systems.   Quality Service Plan (QSP) is ADT’s Extended Limited Warranty and is available for additional monthly fee. One (1) Visa Reward card valued at $100 is redeemable seven (7) days after system is installed for professional installation, OR thirty-five (35) days after system is activated for ADT Self Setup systems, wherein an email is sent to the customer's email address associated with their account with a promo code. The customer must validate the promo code on the website provided in the email and a physical card will be sent in the mail. Installation must occur within 60 days of offer expiration date to receive card. Applicable to new and resale sale types only. Card is issued by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. No cash access or recurring payments. Can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Card valid for up to 6 months; unused funds will forfeit after the valid thru date. Card terms and conditions apply. Expires 12/31/24.

Interactive Services:

ADT Interactive Solutions Services requires the installation and/or activation of an ADT alarm system with monitored burglary service and a compatible computer, smart device with Internet and email access. Interactive Solutions Services does not cover the operation or maintenance of household equipment/systems not connected to the Services/Equipment. Not available in all geographic areas. You may be required to pay additional charges for equipment and services to utilize certain features. Standard message and data rates may apply to all text alerts.

Additional charges may apply in areas that require guard response service for municipal alarm verification. Prices subject to change and may vary by market. Local permit fees may be required. QSP is ADT’s extended limited warranty plan. Labor and replacement parts are covered for ADT installed equipment only. Customer damage/misuse, non-ADT installed outside cameras, acts of nature and intrusion damage are not covered. Batteries replacement is not covered. Overtime rates apply for after hour service calls. In the event that an ADT technician is required to visit your premises, ADT will charge an on-site assessment fee of $99 per visit. Monthly fee for QSP is based on equipment total before discounts as set forth below:
