How much will a new ADT system cost me?

To start, your ADT touch screen will cost $374.25 or $6.24/mo plus monitoring of $24.99/mo. Any additional equipment you choose will be extra.  

Do I need to prepare anything before my day of installation?

After you check out you will receive an email with a service agreement for you to sign. In addition, you’ll need to have a working internet connection during installation. Please view our full checklist here for a smooth process.

What can I expect on the day of installation?

Your ADT Tech Specialist will work with you to identify the areas of your home where you need security, discuss whether you want to add any smart home devices and remote system control, as well as video security for your system. Then they’ll install everything and ensure it works properly, and make sure you know how to use your system.

Can an ADT system be installed in an apartment?

Apartments come in all shapes and sizes, and ADT will work with you to find the right security solution for your needs.

What if I change my mind?

During your installation appointment if you don’t like the options that our Tech Specialist is suggesting, you’re under no obligation to continue with installation. You can cancel your order and get refunded any money you may have paid upfront.
