Shelby's dip is a sweet and festive celebration of the most classic holiday cookie. Truly, everything tastes so much better when it’s dipped in cream cheese and sugar. It’s super easy to mix, just takes a strong stirrer to mix the cream cheese (especially if you’re like us and can’t wait for it to soften). If you have a little helper in the kitchen, set them up with a strong spoon and a big bowl, and have them work their forearms while you toss in ingredients.

Because this holiday dip is so easy to make, you can get creative with your presentation! Make an entire gingerbread house for your platter and have the dip be the swimming pool or design your graham crackers to look like a snowflake.

Shelby's Gingerbread Cheesecake Dip


Ingredients

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 4 oz cool whip
  • sprinkles
  • graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth
  2. Pour in sugar and molasses and beat until smooth and combined
  3. Add ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix until combined
  4. Add cool whip and beat until combined
  5. Add sprinkles on top
  6. Transfer to festive bowl and chill until served
  7. Serve with graham crackers
