How it works

Place your CellBridge within 25 feet of your alarm box. Important note: this is the box with all the system wiring. It doesn’t need to be attached or near the keypad you use for entering your system code. 

The CellBridge should be:

  • Set on a flat surface (at least 3-6 feet off the ground) 
  • Placed with all four LED indicators and the Silence button facing upright 
  • Placed close to a non-switchable electrical outlet

Troubleshooting

If the lights don’t turn solid green, please contact our Care team (800) 724-9097 for additional assistance or see the troubleshooting steps below.

If Power LED is Blinking Yellow or Red

Then 1) confirm that the power cable is plugged in and 2) confirm that the breaker/switch for the outlet is on.

 

If 4G LED is Blinking Yellow

Then try re-locating the CellBridge device to another suitable location with better reception.

If 4G LED is Solid or Blinking Red

Then try re-locating the CellBridge device to another suitable location with better reception. If the condition exists for more than 5 minutes, please contact Care for additional assistance.

If 3G LED is Blinking Yellow

Then confirm that the alarm panel is powered on, and if the condition exists for more than 5 minutes, try re-locating the device closer to the alarm panel.

If Status LED is Solid or Blinking Yellow

Then the back panel may not be properly connected. Please contact Care for additional assistance.

If Status LED is Solid or Blinking Red

Then the battery may not be properly connected. Please contact Care for additional assistance.
